Received in the post today.

Just applied onto my biopsy scar and my port removal scar on my chest. The port scar is new there since August,it can get very itchy at times and painful.
Just applied kelo-cote and was surprised how smoothly it went on..not messy or watery.
Looking forward to using it in my routine.

Using it for the first time tonight on a childs leg. She got a very bad wound from a bike accident and needed internal and over 12 external stitches on her thigh. Happened nearly 3months ago but wound still nasty looking. Raised long red scar and pock marks from stitches. So am going to use the gel twice daily. Took a photo tonight to monitor any changes. Will update here next sunday.

I've been using Kelo-Cote on my 2 year old son's forhead that had a nasty scar that had to be glued for a week now. This cream has a very nice texture and it is very easy to apply. It looks like as if the cream is filling up the scar a little bit already. I'm looking forward to using the cream long term.

I have been using this product almost 2 weeks now. I have been using it on my bowel resection scar. It's quite a long scar but I really do see an improvement. The cream has a nice texture to it and I feel when added to your daily routine it will make a vast improvement. The key is to apply twice a day to get the results your looking for.

So am one week in using it on my daughters leg, very nice cream to use, as its clear it dosent stain and dries in quickly. So far have noticed 2 of the bad pock marks from the stitches on her thigh have totally disappeared also the long raised scar looks less red. Pleased with results so far.

So far, so good!! I have been using this on my upper arm where I got a cyst and a mole removed. I usually suffer from keloid scars. The scar was rather red and raised. After just two weeks of using this gel I have noticed significant improvement in the scar. I really am impressed so far. I'm going to continue using it and report back.

I had never heard of kelo cote brand before this. I used it on my 4 year old son who has 3 scars on his face buy one the most noticeable above his brow. I am using it twice a day and even though I did at the start feel it was a bit sticky to apply im used to it now and really like it. It drys in so quickly that my son turns to me and says put more on its gone!! I can see some improvement in his smaller scars so far I probably need to use it a bit longer for the big one but im definitely happy to continue using this product thank u so much.

ery pink with a high ridge. It itched and pulled my skin. When i saw this producy i thought this was a lot of money for a little tube but it works! I have been using the product daily for two weeks now. I only use a tiny, tiny amount and I still haven't run out of the tube. My scar is already little bit lighter and no longer pulls and itches. So far so good but i am waiting for better results.

I had never heard about this Kelo-cote brand before being offered the chance to partake in this trial. I felt this trial was a good fit for me; I had surgery to remove two moles over the summer, one from my arm and one from my back. The scar on my arm is roughly the size of a 20 cent piece and quite pink in appearance. I have also had three c-sections over the last eight years and while the appearance of the scars doesn’t really bother me, I recently joined a gym and can feel my c-section scars pulling while I’m working out.

So, when my little package arrived in the post, I thought to myself, ‘well, I’ll have this used up in a week’…it seemed so small!! But I was soon to be proved wrong; you only need a teeny, tiny amount to cover each scar. At the start, I was putting WAY too much on but soon learnt that in order for it to dry and provide a coating, less is more. Once I stopped being so heavy handed with the gel, I found it so easy to apply and once it’s on, you’d never know, there’s no smell, no shine, it just covers the scar. I applied it every morning and then again before I went to bed at night, it’s easy enough to incorporate into your daily routine…and once you start to see a difference in your scars, you’ll definitely won’t forget to apply it!!

So, does it work? I have to admit, I was pretty sceptical about it, but now that I’ve been using it for approximately three weeks, I can definitely guarantee that it does. I only wish I had taken a photo of the scar on my arm to be able to compare ‘before’ and ‘after’. The pinkness has gone out of the scar; it is definitely smoother and less noticeable. Re the c-section scars, I don’t know if they have improved that much (they are not the easiest thing for me to look at as I have an ‘apron’ of skin over them, a common c-section side effect) – however, the ‘tightness’ I used to feel has completely disappeared. And, bearing in mind, I have lost nearly a stone in weight since I started in the gym, definitely Kelo-cote has helped soften the scars and let them move as I move!!

I think maybe that Kelo-cote works best on ‘fresh’ scars, it has made a huge difference to the scar on my arm, you can barely see it now. However, on older scars, it definitely helps ‘soften’ them; I can really feel a difference in my three c-section scars. I would recommend this in a heart beat and am delighted I was chosen to take part in the trial, I never knew there was anything like this on the market and I am thrilled I got to improve the appearance of the scar on my arm. Many thanks to MummyPages for choosing me and to Kelo-cote for working a treat!!

used this on a burn i had thats about 20 years old, it really smoothed the burn out and it felt so different after applying the cream. it was a rather large burn so the tube on cream didnt last very long. i would have liked to have been able to try it for longer, but it definately made it feel better and smoother

Well about 3 weeks in now, tbh only using it about once a day on my daughters scar. It is fantastic, all the pock marks from the stitches are gone, she had a bright red raised incision wound which has now faded and is much smoother. Really delighted with the results so far and will continue to use the cream.
