Time-saving turkey and stuffing bake

Use ready-made stuffing, leftover turkey and frozen veg to make this super quick dish during the Christmas holidays.
150g grated cheddar
500g leftover turkey
Tin of condensed tomato soup
400g frozen broccoli
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 box of stuffing mix
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Fry the leftover turkey over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
To save yourself time, cook the frozen broccoli in the microwave by placing it in a microwavable bowl with enough water to cover it. Seal the bowl with cling film and heat it for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is soft.
In a bowl, combine the turkey, broccoli and soup and place in a baking dish. Top with a layer of tomatoes and then with a layer of cheddar.
Make the stuffing mix according to the packet’s instruction and spread over the top of your Turkey Bake.
Cook in the over for 30-35 minutes and serve with a salad.
